Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping policy

The delivery takes place within Germany and throughout Europe.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs with 3.95 € per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively with our shipping partner DHL, which is why we can NOT ship to Hermes shops.

From an order value of 39.00 € we deliver free shipping.

Deliveries in the EU: 

From an order value of 99€ we will ship free of charge to all European countries of zone 1 and zone 2. 


We calculate the shipping costs to the EU as follows: 

ZONE 1 (11.95 €): Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic

ZONE 2 (12.95 €): Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, Lithuania

ZONE 3 Non-EU (15,95 €): Switzerland, Norway

All other countries package delivery: 37,95 €

 
Delivery time

If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 2 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your money order).
Please note that on Sundays and public holidays delivery is not possible.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.


The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is sent to the referring bank or other payment methods the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

For deliveries to the EU you have the following payment options:
